I didn’t grow up knowing I’d become an operational strategist. I just knew that chaos made me uncomfortable, and clarity felt like power. 

From leading teams in high-pressure corporate settings to guiding founders through complex transitions, I’ve always had a knack for helping people cut through the noise and move with purpose.

My journey has taken me from executive rooms to home offices, working with high-performing leaders who are brilliant, passionate… and often overwhelmed. 

I created the 4M Framework to help them simplify their thinking, structure their vision, and actually execute the plans they dream up.

Experience & Expertise

Before launching The SheChief, I spent four years at Electronic Arts,  two startups, and over a decade at Cisco, where I led cross-functional strategic initiatives and worked at the intersection of operations, people, and performance. I’ve coached executives, facilitated strategic planning sessions, and designed systems that move ideas into execution.
